・Please read all terms and conditions and sign the "Pledge" before renting.
- Before renting, please check with a member of staff whether the bicycle you are renting has any defects or damage. (Be sure to check the tires, brakes, gears, etc.)
・Please wear a helmet and ride safely.
・When you leave your bicycle, be sure to lock it.
・When returning the bicycle, please check with the staff for any defects or damage to the bicycle you used.
- If there are any changes to the return location or time, obtain prior consent.

- Changing the return location declared at the time of contract without consent or returning the item after the final return time.
・Using the rented sports bicycle for purposes other than its intended purpose.
・Using a sports bicycle that violates laws and public order and morals.
・Use on unpaved roads, areas where vehicles cannot pass, and areas where mobile phone service is unavailable.
・Driving that violates traffic rules or causing a nuisance, such as drinking alcohol, reckless driving, riding with two people.

・When you do not present the necessary identification such as a driver's license or health insurance card.

・When it is recognized that the person belongs to an anti-social organization, such as a member of an organized crime group or an organized crime group.

​・The act of lending a rental bicycle to a third party without using it by the applicant himself/herself (prohibition of sub-renting)

・If the user does not return the rented sports bicycle to the designated return location by the end of the rental period, the user shall compensate for any damages. (Does not include cases of natural disasters or other force majeure)

・If the money is not returned, legal measures such as criminal prosecution will be taken.

・If you encounter any trouble during use, please contact the rental manager (Akan Kanko Hire Ltd. 0154-66-3221) immediately.

■Failure

・If it is difficult to return the device by yourself, the “Rental Manager” will come and pick you up in a rescue vehicle.

・Repair costs will be charged for any damage or damage to rental items such as bicycles or helmets due to the user's carelessness.

■Theft/loss

・If a rental item such as a bicycle or helmet is stolen or lost due to the applicant's carelessness, the applicant will be charged the cost of purchasing a new item.

■In the event of an accident etc.

・The applicant should contact the "Rental Manager" and call an ambulance and police if necessary. (Police 110/Emergency 119)

■Injury

・If you suffer an injury due to poor maintenance on a bicycle lent to you by the rental manager, we will provide the following guarantee. (Guarantee for body/property)

*In the case of injury or trouble to the applicant, the liability insurance contracted by the rental manager will not apply.
*If someone other than the applicant himself/herself uses the bicycle and an injury or trouble occurs, the liability insurance contracted by the rental manager will not apply, even if the rented bicycle is poorly maintained. Please be sure to use the bicycle yourself.
